Yeppers. For the first time in a long time I had a great week. Thanks for asking. I've decided to give it 6 months and if I'm feeling like I was before the holidays then it's time to look for something different.

Glad your work has improved for you ... yes, sometimes you just have to move on if the environment is not good for you

I'm fine, every once in a while I miss them but I sure don't miss the time constraints
