Absolutely Dale I have had better days. The icing on the cake....I seem to have caught some sort of bug. Sore throat but no other symptoms.

Um .. no .. I had some other problems. Headaches, errr ... bowel problems, cold sore, fever ... all much better now
Although I do seem to be developing some chest congestion now

Well, I've got something to try and break up the congestion so hopefully tomorrow I'll be a little .. looser
