Lunch time check in...well looks like my staying up late doing a little research is paying off. The boss went for my idea and instead of having to hand type 300 times for W2s, she let me purchase software that will let me enter it all in the computer and then just print them. So instead of 2 days worth of typing, it'll just take a couple of hours to get everyone entered and done! Yay! 
This is something we shouldn't even be having to do...our Birmingham office usually generates all the W2s for our clients and we just have to get them to the clients and mail the ones that are no longer employed. But one of our clients has payroll that was done manually by them for the first part of the year and so it's not in our system and I'm having to take all that info and produce W2's for all their employees. They're a fair sized restaurant with lots of turnover, so lots of W2s to process....I'll just be glad when tomorrow gets here, because I have to be done with it by then.
