Sorry for the late check in, Dad passed peacefully, early this a.m., truly a blessing that his battle with Alzheimer's is finally over. :nun:
Despite it being a blessing, of course it's still a sad time, and the emotions come and go, but I'm fine.
I have things to take care of today, so I'll be around later, or tomorrow, but just wanted to check in. :)
So sorry for your loss...you are all in my thoughts and prayers. :nun: I totally understand the blessing thing...my grandmother had Alzheimer's too, plus I worked in that field in a past life, and so I understand exactly where you're coming from. (((HUGS))) for you. :wub:

I have to visit my audiologist this afternoon to see if they can do anything about my malfunctioning hearing aid or if we're going to have to hunt for a new one:(
Aw, hope they can get it fixed for you.

    Thanks Angel, a fix would be nice but I'm not expecting one.

    May there be many more 8 hour days in your future ;)
    Right now it looks like just on friday's and the weekend off until around April when pea season starts than back to the grind of 7-12 hr days. I am not looking forward to that but the pay checks will be nice LOL Feb 1st I got a union pay scale raise of $1 an hr :)
