BB, I'm soooooo thankful I don't work with the public!! Just on a rare occasion these days.
I do payables, so I don't have to help customers, other than backup for the gal who answers the phones when she can't get to it. Mostly those calls I just transfer to whoever they need.
I can't wait for opening day and all of our staff to arrive, then I can quietly move into what I do best - our gardens & landscaping, and let everyone else handle the face-palm inquiries.
One of our seasonal campers asked me last year (he's a big deal elsewhere in CO, city council, land appraiser, politician, etc.) "So, how do you like dealing with the public?" He said the look on my face was priceless. Haha! Having worked as an engineer that no one called upon until they needed to know how their network was installed, wired and worked - I was not customer facing for over 20yrs. It has been a real eye opener to say the least.

Morning Lurkers Popping in with a cup 'o joe to see what's going on. The DH made is safely to his Mom's house in MS and called to complain how toasty warm it is. LOL I'm not missing that awful Southern humidity one bit, nor tornado season's official kickoff; although I do miss the storm chasing.
Looks like I have a little bit of work this morning to attend to, then I'm loading up the pup and go look at the ice melt on the lake. Should be another beautiful, sunny day here.

Popping in with a cup 'o joe to see what's going on. The DH made is safely to his Mom's house in MS and called to complain how toasty warm it is. LOL I'm not missing that awful Southern humidity one bit, nor tornado season's official kickoff; although I do miss the storm chasing. Did you guys catch that thread on the general vaping board about the carcinogens found in vg/pg at high temps?
I hate to post and run, gotta get to work. But I wondered what your thoughts were. I'm only on page 4 but eeeeesh! I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little concerned.

I still think I will avoid looking under the bed OBG... there use to be dust bunnies under there... then they got eaten by the dust coyotes... who were eaten by the dust werewolves... and I'm allergic to dust.

Unfortunately, Bruce must have forgotten to protect the house cleaning fairy while I was away for that 6 months... no sign that she has been around for a long, long time now... I'm pretty sure the dust werewolves got her!
My isticks have made it to the sorting facility in Denver... with luck they will be delivered tomorrow.
My juice from Alice in Vaporland left Albuquerque and is in transit... maybe here by Saturday.
My ft order... well it's fasttech... we'll see it when we see it.
Even though I just got 2 bottles of "lovebirds" from AIV for our anniversary, we both like it so much I quick ordered 2 more since we both liked it so well. Bruce, always a fan of anything with strawberry, I knew he would like it. Was surprised to find that a strawberry/raspberry champagne was something I would REALLY like! Hate that it is a limited time juice!

Lunchtime check in...it's a beautiful sunny day, around 75 today...I wish it could stay like this always.

One of my coworkers brings her furbaby every day and she is the just joy of the whole office...her mommy left her with me today while she went to lunch and I had her sitting in my lap helping me with my work...nothing like being able to get those sweet little kisses during a hectic day, makes the day so much better.
