Good morning Angel.
Thank you!
Hope your day flies.

Good morning Bobbi.
Thank you!! No telling what I've been missing.

How far are you from the dark purple??
I'm thinking I'm actually in the lighter purple to the left of the Channel 6, but hey that's still 15 bottles ;)

Good evening lovely lurkers.

Well made it through the day without killing anyone, so guess that's a plus. ;)

Stayed much cooler than it was supposed to...was supposed to be upper 60's, never made it out of the 50's and was cloudy and misty all day...enough to keep a chill on you all day long.

Aw, you poor thing ... not liking your new diet so much? :(

Haven't found my groove yet. Lol I want to drive to Burger King and inhale a couple whoppers. ;) ok maybe just one and some SALTY fries. Mmm, mmm. But, I won't.

If anyone wants to read a long story about the end of the USA as we know it online for free let me know,it's pretty good so far :)
Um, that sounds kinda scary. I would like a link please, if you think it won't give me nightmares. ;)

Those kind of days are the worst! Brrr! Glad you made it through the day without a blip :) We've got light snow, starting to stick to the roads.

So I guess I shouldn't tell you I'm having a reuben from Arby's and curly fries then...oh and a mint chocolate shake? :p

Guess I shouldn't complain about my weather...yours is definitely much colder...hope you don't get too much snow...it's just us Southerners are really wimps when it comes to cooler temps.

Good evening all.
LONG day....spitting snow, snow from this a.m. has melted, roads are wet, hopefully they don't freeze overnight.
I don't think we're supposed to get snow tonight though. Need to check and see if that changed.

SIL will be getting a pin in her left arm/elbow, possibly on Friday. Not sure what they'll do with the left.
Possibly some sort of new fangled splint instead of a cast.
It's fractured, but I guess no bone separation of the left arm. :nun:
She said the left arm is actually not hurting as much.
This is also the woman who didn't go to the doctor for her gall bladder until it was SOOOOOO bad, when they did surgery, there was gangrene on it, and a little on her liver.
She has an extreme tolerance for pain, she said her gall bladder was just "uncomfortable", not what she considered hurting.
Thank you for all your prayers, and if you could keep them coming for her, that would be great. :)
She's one of these who doesn't get knocked down easily. One of the strongest women I know. Two broken arms kind of knocks you for a loop.

I didn't mean to dramatize that...two broken arms in the BIG scheme of things is nothing, compared to what some are dealing with.
Two broken arms is absolutely horrible!!! I can't even begin to imagine what the next two months will be like for her o_O

Oh good!! Love leftovers!!

Oh, and I found out a little more about her posting on FB. My niece AND my SIL thought my brother had called us.
My niece said someone had been at church and posted on her FB page that she'd heard what happened to her mom, and that she was sending up prayer, and hoped she would be okay....my niece said her FB page EXPLODED after the gal posted with people wanting to know what had happened to her mom...so she said she deleted the gals post and posted what she did, which is what my other niece saw...and the gossipy drama ensued. ;)
Always bestest just to go to the horses mouth. :)
Both were very upset that my brother hadn't called us...
...we never figured HE would. (par for the course with him).
