Oh we all know the kid always keeps coming back to my house...the only way I'll ever get away from that, and also get his brother out of my house is for me to move out!
I figure it'll happen for me the day after I die

I'm betting we'll have a miserable summer.... and we know how much I love summer

No, my information was bad, it's not here yet.

    How about that
    Oh, okay. :)

Yeah but that sounds too much like work! :p...Funny thing is we've had yard sales and gotten rid of stuff in the past, and somehow the dang garage still ends up full of stuff...right now it's my son's stuff...hopefully once he comes back home, he'll eventually get his own place and take all that crap with him...uh huh and I might win the lottery tomorrow too, even though I don't play!
Yard sales are a lot of work. I haven't done one since I was in my early 20's...and maybe once.
Too much work, for too little return, if you don't have any big items to get rid of.
I just give stuff away, or take it to Salvation Army.
...but, it's time...again, to box up some stuff.

Back in the 70's chuck even ran his own party park, hidden cams in the lady's rooms and all

I'm going to pass, haven't had dinner yet.

    Goodness!
What's pic #3 ? Part of the compound??

...once again, guess I'm the dumb one, DH knew he lived in the area, said he has a jazz club, and a restaurant, something like that, in the Del Mar Loop.
He gets out and around over there, I do not.
