So, you can hear with the new ones.
Your comprehension of the spoken word is just rusty, is that right?
No, I have zero comprehension with or without ... lip reading with sounds to help ;)

Can you listen to music again?
No :( That ability is forever gone I'm afraid.

Good evening lurkers  Sounds like you all had a decent day. :)
Not to bad, how about you?
I told my brother (who rides snowmobiles) about the people getting close to your septic vents.
He said he about did that across the street from his house a couple years ago. His inlaws live across the street from him (out in the country), and between the two properties, there are quite a few acres.
When it snows enough, they have trails, but he said he wasn't thinking and cut close enough that he got off, went and found it to check to make sure he hadn't hit it.

Ah well, it was pretty much what I expected but worth a try :)

My hearing is like this ... if you are facing away from me and speak I'll probably know it but won't understand what you say ... unless you face me and I can see your mouth. That's why I can't listen to music, no mouth to watch

Oh, wow!! I think we are done with the measurable snow for this year. We usually get one last storm around St Patty's Day. Fingers crossed, but we will definitely put stakes up with reflectors or something for next year.

He said definitely tell the snowmobile clubs, they can mark your house as one to stay out of the yard.
When he goes different places, in Michigan, and Wisconsin, he gets maps from the clubs, and it shows on the maps where you can cut through and such.
He also suggested the orange snow fencing (first). and I said you had mentioned that first too.

We just happened to drive down our road the other way. I usually only go north. I can see the marked trails from my living room window to the north. What I didn't realize is how close they are on the south end of the street. We have a protected wetland across the street and to the left of that is a mostly obscured house. The trail...just past that house.

So yeah, they are using the front yard to get from one part of the trail to other, so they don't have to go down the bare street.

I also noticed someone down further has a snow fence all the way down the length of their driveway unharmed. So we've got a couple of options for sure :)

Sara, I'm sure you're about worn out with your healthy eating by now.
I was only planning, buying, washing/prepping, cooking for two, many times just for myself.
    It's a lot of work.

Definitely a lot of work. I made balsamic chicken with mushrooms and thyme for dinner on Sat, it was really good. Tonight we had BBQ chicken tostadas. They weren't too bad. Lots and lots of roasted veggies. Turkey burgers are on the menu this week and leftover lasagna.
