We had bits of this and that from the freezer, stuff neither of us was really crazy about but needed using up

So I ate lunch out with a co worker yesterday. Big ole cheeseburger and fries. It tasted so good. But after eating less processed foods since the beginning of March, my body was not happy with me. I felt like crap all day! (Sluggish, tired, bloated) I'm ok. It's just amazing how junk food makes you feel. Won't be eating cheeseburgs and fries for awhile!

Not working at the moment, they are messing with my stomach though. I see the orthopedic dr on monday for the bicep. I am just dealing with the pain best I canHi Joey!
