They were strong, but not too long lived. The strong stuff should pass in a couple of hours.

Pretty much. Still getting things done outside. Finally fixed the big gate yesterday and noticed that it needs additional hardware in order to prevent it from being ripped off the hinges again. So, next day off, it'll be back to TSC to get more hardware and lumber to fix it properly.

Ran out of trimmer string, so the jungle is only half tamed. **sigh** Will have to pick some up when I go into work later this morning.

Ugg, never ending. I feel ya.

Wow, the thunderstorms have hit! Lots of lightning and thunder and raining quite heavily. Of course, Direct TV is gone...what else is new? I swear, I am going to go back to cable.

I agree Directv is a pain! I miss cable.

I saw there were some nasty storms down there in TX and something about a couple of storm chasers that died. I think in an accident? I was rushing to get kiddo out to the bus.

Yes it is, maybe this afternoon but it's coming.

I saw there were some nasty storms down there in TX and something about a couple of storm chasers that died. I think in an accident? I was rushing to get kiddo out to the bus.

I read that, terrible, all three individuals involved dead. So sad

That rain passed through here in about an hour and a half. Strong while it lasted. Sun is coming out now.
Sitting here at City Hall waiting for court to start. Just saw the judge, he's a friend of mine from church. Such is life in a little town.

I think our strong storms are slated for this afternoon/evening This was just rain.

Paul if nothing else just tell them you have an appointment at the VA! Few in the world now that don't know how hard it is to get an appointment and how long it takes to reschedule one.
