    Oh, that's good. It's always something to keep after.

    Yes it is and I learned an important lesson about buying lumber,DON'T buy lumber at Lowe's it's all grade #2 garbage for important projects.My back stairs each have 2 2x6" boards 3 ft.wide per step and most of them need replacing after 5 years because of knots rotting out and at the time I sorted out the best they had,the stuff I got at the lumber yard has no knots grade #1 it cost a little more but I'll bet it lasts a heck of a lot longer.End of rant :laugh:and my :2c:

    Good advice.
    When DH was buying lumber for the basement, he went to Lowes, said he dug through ALL the stacks and barely got enough "decent" pieces for the project.
    He said he could tell the Lowe's guy didn't like him going through the stacks, but he didn't care. He didn't leave a mess or anything, just that the guy seemed to think he was being too picky. :laugh:

    Good afternoon all my lovely lurkers. :wub:

    Nice quiet day here so far...BF is at work, his mom went out to get us sushi for lunch so a break from the constant chattering :rolleyes:, and the dog is sleeping by my feet...my kind of day!...And it's the twins birthday today...can't believe my babies are 22! :shock:...Not sure how they keep getting older but I don't! :p:lol:

    Well not mine, this is DH's Impala with the leak problem ...
    he hasn't made any comments about having my windows fixed :?:
    We're going to have to let things settle down a bit first I think :unsure:

    Just spent 85 dollars to basically say "hi" to my doctor :grr:
