Doxies by nature don't drink a lot of water. She always gets a big drink just before bed, so I hate to take that away from her. I just deal with it.
I just really need to do the stretching exercises.
Going to pull out my T-Tapp DVD and get to it later.
It feels soooooooooo good, and honestly, I'm unusually good for a couple days after I've done it.
Besides, need to get back to that anyway.

I do much better when I'm home, and up doing things.
Much worse when I sit at a desk most of the day, like yesterday.
Oh, I'll bet your dad is really excited to have you come!
Jello, don't forget jello.

. Just not red jello.
I sure feel for ya.
I misread your initial quote, I thought the procedure was today, but I should've known better since you worked yesterday.
I had mine a year ago in June. I don't have to have another for 4 more years.

I have family history of colon cancer (x3), so my doctor is adamant that I have the testing done when I should.
I also had juvinille polyps when I was 16. Benign, but unusual for that age.
I've had to have those tests every so many years since I was 16.

NO FUN.
Well, the test itself is nothing...the um, prep for the testing is the downer.
The time before my test last year, I was doing the prep on a Sunday. My 2nd dose of the vile stuff was to be taken at something like 9 p.m.
My stomach/body just absolutely rejected it and I threw up the entire 2nd dose...I was like

great,

now what.

But it was all okay in the end (pun intended).
One dose was enough.
