I woke at 4 again, refused to get up, finally went back to sleep and just now woke up at 7:30.

Back in a few, going to sip some of this coffee and then I'll get caught up.

I have a cure for that. It's called a "Trixie".

Soon as I wake up, doesn't matter what time it is, there is absolutely NO going back to sleep.
