Neither, they are making a three hour trip to a place they've never been before alone and I'm a momma ... spending the weekend up there with a "friend"
So, this a.m., I was catching up on the fishing report/emails I subscribe to from the lodge in AK where my nephew is guiding, someone caught a REALLY nice Yellow Eye (whatever that is) 14#.
It's the bright orange one in the first picture.

I think they eat that type of fish, because there are several of those that are kept, that I see in the pics.
It might end up on a wall.
I'll ask him next time I talk to him, but he told me awhile ago that they don't even actually need the fish anymore to do the trophies for the wall.
You can take a picture, and the measurements, etc. and that the taxidermist can input everything into a computer program and make it from that. I don't know how it all works, but he said that you can do a "catch and release" now, and still get your trophy fish for the wall.
I'd have a hard time eating that if I knew ahead of time what it wasI don't know.
