Just finished supper, fresh tamales. Clay has a friend who brings them every Friday. Good and very spicy! Now for a quick swipe at the dishes and time to relax!

I did, tomorrow I think I will pick up some rice and the garlic I forgot the other day and make some spanish rice to go with it. I have 6 left!

Dishes are amazing when they are for 1 person. I have been married for over 40 years, I had forgotten how easy clean up is when you are by yourself!
