Um, so so, lots of sneezing and blowing; could be a lot worse.
Main complaint is not being able to breathe through my nose
 That's just miserable, and you can't really lay down when you're going through that either.
Bless your heart. (((Dale))))
Hope it leaves quickly!! :nun:

I know of a place where a guy from the city built a big fancy house just north a a big hog farm in the fall and winter about 15 years ago after a few summers when the wind shifted to the south it burnt down under mysterious circumstances
Oh, no DOUBT. As long as everything is cold/frozen, it's not that noticeable, let the spring thaw and rains come...lookie out. Just sooooo vile and gross!!!
I occasionally work with a woman who's husband is a pig farmer...they farm as well, but she lives on a hog farm...ground zero so to speak....she said you get used to it.

....y e a h. r I g h t....

I mean think about that...his boots...laundry....:eek::eek::eek:.
*shudder*

I know a guy with a hog farm that's so clean you wouldn't believe it you even have to shower and change into one of those white suits to go into the house where the babies live, but outside where the adult pigs are you might want a gas mask He calls it the smell of money

I think that's common, there's been a swine flu going around, and they're all really careful.
I know that her husband/kids change their boots in a kind of go between room before going into the building where the babies are, and that visiting farmers don't go into each other's barns in case they're carrying something and don't know it....according to her.

    :lol::lol::lol:

    Yeah that does help. :)
So they say, but that is such a strong, potent smell, I sure don't know how.

I need to go find my ropes and come a long and get busy BBL :)
    Bye, be careful. :)

I could use a nap, and I've done little to nothing yet today.
It's rainy and grey here, perfect napping weather.
Maybe I'll do just that later this afternoon. ;)
    You got that right;)

Looking like I'll be taking a nap after all.

    ....yes, that's backwards.

Good afternoon all you lovely lurkers

We had a nice time at the casino again...and those darn rats, they offered me another free night for next Sunday or Monday...that'd be great except we're going up to Oxford to visit my sons next weekend and won't be back until Monday...just don't think we'd be up to coming back just to go straight over to the casino again...just hate wasting a free night though. :glare:

Next weekend will be exhausting though...going to have the granddaughter and my other son with us, and we will be visiting my other 2 sons, but they are 70 miles apart, so going to be lots of traveling...and that's after a 6 hour drive to get there! I'm already tired thinking about it!:?:

So what all have I missed here...too many pages to go back and read. ;)

Hey Angel  Sounds like you've been doing a lotta running around already, no wonder the idea of the next trip is tiring :(

So you do have four sons o_O

I can't think of anything important you may have missed  Anybody else know of anything?

No just three sons...the one who lives with me, his twin in college and my oldest, Princess Angel's daddy, who is away right now...We're taking little Angel to see her daddy and going to visit my college son at the same time because they're close enough to each other to make it where we can visit both in the same weekend...Twin A is going with us to visit Twin B and his other brother...clear as mud, eh? ;)

Good morning Dale. I slept wellish... my sister called at 11:30 last night and we talked til 1 so I woke up for that long:unsure:, but other than that I slept like a champ!:)

Get well soon prayers for those of you who have a bug:nun:... just don't share it with me please!

I slept in this morning...by 14 minutes. That's ok, I felt rested enough. I am using a single cup coffee maker and am kind of getting the learning curve down slowly. Seems one cup is good the next fair. I guess the good side of that is none have been outright bad!:p

Sara the new place is starting to look pretty good. I am pleased with it anyway. The hard part is where what picture gets hung today.o_O

Well, I guess I will head off to the cleaners. I can use the sewing machine to make some curtains and do my own laundry and pillows and comforter today while it is quiet.:D After that I am going to make a trip to wallyworld and see if I can find a printer and a dvd player.

Have a good Saturday! Catch you all in a few hours!

Awesome!! So glad things are falling into place with the tiny home. :) Good luck with your pictures.

But remember I used to be in your same boat with that not so long ago...and may end up in it again after my son comes back home next year...so I'm making the most of being able to do that while I can. ;)
