Ohhhh! I hate flat dry stuff! It is hard to find a nice safe flat spot that something like that can lay until dry

I don't mind the hems when I have time. I just got in 3 hand wash dry flat dresses bit of a pain finding that much room all at once. Oh well I can make it happen.

Sounds like the majority of us are jeans gals

Prob not.
We have a closet like area that the washer and dryer is in, double doors that swing open.
When we moved here, DH installed a bar above my washer and dryer. He hung it high, so that there's plenty of room for things to hang.
I can hang things as they come out of the dryer, or out of the washing machine if I want to hang to dry.
He also put in two long shelves, and towel bars on each side (inside the closet area).
Works beautifully!!!
