Sinus issues due to lousy weather

I guess

I could stand to lose a few pounds anyway

Geesh, me TOO. :lol::lol::lol: :facepalm:

Okay y'all...wish me luck and keep your fingers crossed for me...I splurged today.

I bought an inversion table. I bought it on HSN, I signed up for their emails so I could get an additional 15% off.
I've debated doing this for about three years, have done a fair bit of research, had my chiropractor recommend it, over a year ago, he said my issue wasn't alignment, it was pain caused by compression.
I talked to my medical doctor about it, (because I have mild high blood pressure) and got his approval, but just couldn't ever bring myself to spend the $$.
Well, my lower back has been giving me fits lately, sitting all day at work is the worst. :(
DH has low back aches as well...so we'll both be using it....anyway, if anyone has had any experience, friends or family that has one, let me know what y'all think.
Chim that used to post here has to use one, her doctor had her start several years ago. She was in a couple car accidents (as a passenger), and has terrible back issues, she says she gets great relief using one.
Anyway...just thought I'd share. :)

I hope it works wonders for you Lori :thumb:
Will it take up a lot of room in your house or do you know?

Finally got some food a while ago...ended up with pizza.

Lori, I've seen those...BF wants to get one...I'm anxious to hear how it works for you.

Dale, hope you feel better soon.
Aw shoot, I won't be getting a pizza this week :p

Thanks, I'll feel fine in the morning I'm sure
Guess I'll refrigerate the rest of my coffee and have iced coffee tomorrow :thumb:

What are you getting rid of Joey? I might need it...;) I never go down to the basement so don't see any of the deals there.

Well, I got my curtains up, my pictures up, my cupboards moved around, washed the van and filled it up, did a few dishes and picked up the house some, took some pics of my tiny house to post of fb so my sisters can see what it looks like, then played some with this laptop. Why is it not bed time yet???

I think it will take up a little room, but it does fold up somewhat. I don't think it's super big though.

Hope you feel better. Your tummy must be upset if you won't drink coffee.

Hopefully we'll see you later ;)
Yep, I've been hanging around you long enough to know that if you're not drinking coffee, you must not feel well at all.
    Yes ma'am, I'll be back later. ;)

That's ok friend, just getting settled in after putting kiddo to bed.

Dessert definitely needs some tweaking. I will need to pick up a sturdy melon baller (now I'm thinking I could have tried the ice cream scoop) to scoop the core out. Also, I might bake the apples first to soften them up a bit before I fill with the apple crisp goop and bake. Parts of the outside apple were slightly crunchy. The flavor was really good though. Not bad for a first attempt. Will def try again, also might try using less sugar to make it healthier. :)

I am my own worst critic. Lol

Yes ma'am, we ate too many burgers this summer. We need to shed some excess before winter gets here and we gain the holiday 15. :D
