Hello my lovely lurkers.

No good Monday here so far...woke up to no coffee (why the BF didn't make any I don't know because he was up on his stupid computer for an hour before he left for work:grr:)...then as I'm trying to make the dang coffee (which is a feat in itself since I need coffee to see how to make the dang stuff:p) his mom decides to come downstairs and start her incessant chattering and singing, before I've even had a sip of the glorious nectar:glare:...OMG I'm ready to kill someone!...Yes it's true, I am NOT a morning person!

Haha...yeah that might work...except I will have only had a couple of hours sleep by then!...She usually doesn't get up until 2 or 3 so I should have been safe...but every once in a while she likes to surprise us...and of course the BF is at work, so no buffer...I get the full nonstop chatter.:?:

Sounds like she's lonely and enjoys your company. :)

No, she's retired...she lives with him so he can keep an eye on her since she's almost 80 and has some health problems...so I'm usually the one who's tasked with watching after her...she comes and goes as she pleases, but I have noticed recently that she's starting to forget things...BF doesn't want to hear it when I bring it up, but with my background working with Alzheimer's I definitely know the signs...so I keep an extra watchful eye on her and I play the buffer because he gets so frustrated with her sometimes, not realizing that she can't help it...I think that's why she likes having me around so much because I'm the nice one. :p...

What? Don't laugh...I really am nice, once I have my coffee!:lol::lol:

Awwww angel. Sounds like BF's mom really enjoys and maybe even needs having you around to chat with. Hope your day is getting better and you have had plenty of coffee.

Thanks Momma...it is much better now...I've had my coffee, had my shower, and leftover pizza for lunch! :D...now if I can just get rid of this headache that's trying to come along, all will be great!

    Hiya HM and Angel :)

Well Dr now believes I have an intestinal infection after the test results came back in. He gave me 2 antibiotics and something to stop me from pooping 6 times a day, also has me out of work until my next appointment friday morning :-x:-x:-x:-x:-x:-x.

I drove to work to talk to the H.R. lady she told as long as I keep them informed I am under a Dr's care I am safe with my job. I may have to start the 20 day trail over though. This Dr is killing me, I wish he would have done the tests when I went in last monday I would probably be working tonight

    Good afternoon Joey.

Sorry you have to stay out of work longer, but glad to see that they are finally figuring out what is wrong...and glad to see HR is working with you on this...at least you can use this time to get well rested and maybe get caught up on a few things. :)

Oh dear Joey! Didn't you say you've had some bad reactions to antibiotics

At least you should be well rested by the time you are cleared to go back to work

And why do you all think this ----> :sneaky: equals "grumpy"??
I thought it was funny
Not the antiboitics, it was the first BP med he gave me.
