Wow!! I sure would be happy with an average of 15 inches a year. Bet Grandmato would be also, oh wait...she goes to FL for winter. Darn those snow birds. (Just kidding Grandmato)

Have a great evening everyone! I'm gonna head to bed, it's going to be a long day tomorrow. I fear it may have just gotten longer for me. Kiddo was complaining of a sore throat when he got home from school. Fingers crossed its not strep, in which case he has to stay home and I can kiss wrapping santa presents goodbye until he goes to bed. :(

He has no fever and still sneezing/coughing/runny nose which Google tells me doesn't usually accompany strep. I finally found my flashlight AFTER he was asleep to check for white spots. :?::blink: And of course do you think I remembered there's a flashlight on my phone. Hoo boy!
    Good night Sara
Hope the kiddo wakes up feeling better!

Whoa! A Christmas bonus? COOL!

Ice is much worse than snow!
Yep, it was certainly unexpected, but I'm not complaining. ;)

And yep, ice is a big no go around here!

thats awesome you had a great lunch. And wow! I did not know it snowed down there. Course, your the first person I "know" who lives there. Lol. I can see where it can cripple an area not equipped to deal with snow.

    Sweet dreams. :)
Yeah we don't know how to function down here with snow and ice...an inch of snow and it'll shut us down for days!

Hope kiddo feels better tomorrow and doesn't have to stay home...good night and sweet dreams.

    Evening,lurkers:wub:
Evening Fran....Hope you're staying warm in all that freezing cold.

I couldn't help myself, I had to look it up :D Where I live we average 85 inches of snow per year. Sara's not far from me and she averages 74 inches of snow per year.

Currently 13 degrees, feels like -7 and still snowing. :( Should be a better day tomorrow all the way up to 22 degrees with only a little snow and not so much wind. Heatwave on Sat., 42 degrees :D

Your forecast is pretty similar to ours OBG for the next week.

Hope your little one is feeling better tomorrow Sara.

Hubby and grandson got the air hockey table put together today for another grandson's Christmas present since I don't expect he'll be visiting again until Christmas day. Of coarse we all had to play. :D Not sure how he's gonna get it home, its huge, but that's his parents problem :D :p

Hope you all have a good Friday.

Good morning OBG & Fran.
Good morning Lurkers who follow.

    20 here.

Sure feel for you Fran, and everyone with those bitter cold temps and wind chills. That's just miserable and (can be) extremely dangerous weather.

Was too tired to come back last night. ;)
