Joey, did you get that toy your daughter is wanting? :?:
Nope not a store that has it in stock at retail prices, there are stores that do but they are asking 3 or 4 times the retail price!!!!!!!!!! People have been stock piling them then trying to sell for $150, I am really in hate people mode right now!!!!!!

Hi Dale! We dropped from 64 to 32 in a matter of hours! I thought it was only Texas that had crazy weather! Staying in and staying warm!
Hi Chili! I've wondered why you haven't come to join us! :?:

Yep, we get lots of crazy changes in a day around here

Don't look that low might have gone down now :nah:
    This Afternoon
Areas of freezing drizzle before 5pm, then areas of freezing drizzle and sleet. Cloudy, with a high near 30. Northwest wind around 14 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
    Tonight
Snow and freezing drizzle likely before 2am, then a slight chance of snow between 2am and 3am. Cloudy, with a low around 4. Northwest wind 11 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. Little or no ice accumulation expected. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
    Sunday
Sunny and cold, with a high near 14. Wind chill values as low as -10. Northwest wind 6 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph.
    Sunday Night
Clear, with a low around -1. North wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.
    Ugh!
Just checked, 14 high, 3 low...but it doesn't say anything about wind chill.

...we had Hamburger Helper Cheesey Lasagna.
We have all this frozen hamburger and I'm sick of the other ways I've been fixing it, so I caved and bought a couple boxes.
It wasn't *horrible*, I grated some fresh Parmesan Cheese on it, and made (homemade) garlic bread from some fresh buns.
It was fine...nothing to write home about, but tummies are full, and DH said it was good enough. ;)
I might scour Pinterest for some similar scratch recipes and do that instead of the Hamburger Helper.

Ummm, hot lemony tea and lemon cake! :)

Don't think I've ever used one of those without messing with it  You can make a pretty decent tuna casserole using the cheesey tuna one :thumb: Course that won't help get rid of ground beef

Oh, I'm not especially trying to get rid of the ground beef, just looking for other ways to use it.
Kind of tired of meatloaf, cheeseburgers, and wet burritos.
Haven't made Shepard's Pie in awhile, maybe that will be next.
