dessert is MUCH better than spiders!
    Agreed!

Oh wow! Lots of spider fun I see [emoji3] [emoji887]

They don't bother me too much but I do escort them outside. There was that time I accidentally picked up a black widow tho [emoji12] Dropped that thing in a hot second and did stomp that one. It was on the area rug by the back door after hubby had just walked in and I thought it was something he had tracked in. Picked it up to toss in the trash which is a habit of mine. I happened to notice it was black and shiny so I took a closer look and saw the red hourglass. I let out a screech and a bad word and accused hubby of trying to get rid of me. [emoji28]

Well at least Lori didn't break down and rock in the corner at the discovery of Rosita under her chair. Who'da thunk it. [emoji14]

Oh, I wouldn't like a ginormous one (in real life) under my chair. ;)

I kill every one I see and let God sort them out :)

DH brought me the SHELL that a wood spider has shed.
It lives in our shed at the lake. DH said he's makes sure he knocks first before he enters the shed.
He said he didn't kill it because it had a HUGE pile of dead bug carcasses in a corner.

    Good God!!

Wish I hadn't started this now. No sleep tonight.

    I love snakes. :)
    Non-venomous varieties though.
Did you see the picture of the python I posted awhile back that my nephew took in The Everglades?
He said it was as big around as a soccer ball.

Well, I got here just in time to see the arachnid show! Spiders are just a way of life here. I have a lot of holes in the yard filled with tarantulas. They are the harmless variety, but I don't like them nonetheless. Now, snakes, I do my best to rescue all I find, except copperheads, moccasins, corals or rattlers. Luckily, in my yard, it's mostly harmless grass or rat snakes.
All this talk this morning about vehicles breaking down, my truck did this afternoon. Drove up to the VA clinic for an appointment and when I tried to leave, it just cranked like crazy, but no fire. I was stuck there for an hour, and it finally started and I drove it back down to Weimar to the mechanic I always use, actually, the only one in town:blush:. Had him drive me home and he kept the truck. I hope it's not anything too much. Can't afford all these vehicle repairs.
I liked that because you save the snakes.
Sorry about your vehicle breaking down. :(

...have heard stories about the annual tarantula migration that takes place in Texas. I wouldn't care for that.
    *shudder*

    dessert :)

That's pretty much me too. Live and let live, relocate when I can. If they're as big as a dime though, and the kind that jump...and inside...well, it doesn't work out well for them.

We had a black widow spider at the lake. Scary stuff.

    Good evening all. :)
I'm pooped...ready for a hot soak, and the couch.
