Howdy, everyone. Back home from work, but only for a minute. Have to get the wife from work. Looks like I'll be doing it tomorrow too. Truck is still in the shop. Looking like a fuel pump, but he hasn't been able to get it to fail yet, of course. He's going to do a system pressure test tomorrow. I won't be getting him to fix it anyway as the cost will be between $600 and $700! No freakin way! I can change it out in about 3 hours. Already found a fuel pump for less than $100, and I won't drop the fuel tank, but pull the truck bed instead. Easy to do.
I'm out of here for awhile. See you all and hope for a good night!

    I napped too.
Our temps have DROPPED....ugh. :( Feels like Jan. again.
No sun. Grey, grey, grey...did I mention it's GREY out?

DH made beef stew the other night, so we have that still. :)

Hi Chels! Glad you're rain has stopped. I know you were inundated.

Welp, guess I'll go see what I can still get done today. Would like to get a couple more loads of laundry done in case we do lose power. :)
It's hot and stuffy here, still 70 degrees at the moment and we've had to open a couple of windows

We had chicken for supper with baked beans and yams.

Sound like a great dinner!! :)
I'm going to head to the tub in just a few, ready for some early couch time.

I've been listening/watching the different Senate Confirmation hearings, (on C Span) and find them extremely interesting.
Can't say that I've ever listened or watched any before, but lots of info on the inner workings of our government.
So, that will be my "entertainment" for the next few days if we don't lose power.
Going to try to get some cross stitching in too. :D

    How's everyone doing this evening?

Hope the icy weather isn't too bad.

Bobbi, those drawings are amazing. I remember you had said he was an artist. Just gorgeous.

Paul, I'm sorry about your truck.
Can't complain too much Sara, how about yourself? :)
