Good afternoon to everyone. Didn't have time to get here last night or this morning. Been finding a water leak with my flashlight in the dark last night, then finding it, filling 5 gal buckets for water, then turning off the water until I could buy what I needed and fix it. Just got it fixed, water back on, but will kill it again when I get home because I'm getting some seepage. Fix it again later. If I don't get on here tonight, you'll know why.

Can't decide on chicken or pork chops for supper Probably pork, just remembered we had chicken last night
Had to go to a different store this morning for a head of lettuce, all of Walmarts had rot

sort of....low and slow in the oven. It should only need about 3 hours, so if I can get it in by 3:30, it should be fine.
Doesn't really need that long...

He asked to reschedule...boo hoo! I was all psyched up! Well, more preparation time at least!

They turn out great in the oven (for me).
