I didn't wear my CPAP last night, so I am extra tired today hence the five hour nap!

So just as I was catching up here, I have the news playing, they're talking about the commuter train crashes over the past year or so, and the drivers have all tested positive for sleep apnea. The NTSB is talking about wanting to make testing/treatment mandatory.
They can prove that it played a part in the train crashes, but none of the conductors can remember anything from the last few minutes before the crashes.

I know that my DH needs a CPAP, but he won't go do the study, he doesn't sleep when he's away from home and doesn't think he'd be able to get to sleep for the test. :(

That's not good, be sure you do tonight!!

I'm just full of sweets Chili :rolleyes: :laugh:
:laugh: :lol::lol::lol:
Time for a root beer float :lol::lol::lol::lol:
:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:
So sorry to hear that about Redd. :(

...welp, I'm heading for a long soak.
Not sure if I'll be back, so sweet dreams to all in case I'm not. :wub:

    I was amazed at the difference the CPAP made in my level of energy. I was able to do the sleep study at home

    Good evening lurkers:wub::wub::wub:

    We got up early this morning to go watch Bella's team play basketball at 8am... you can tell her brother wasn't into sports... the whole team looks kind of pitiful, but they are having fun.;)

    We visited with the kids for a bit then Grace had to go to practice for discovery investigation championship... don't ask it is way too confusing for me, some sort of gifted kids program... We took DIL and Bella out for dinner then went to wally world... I'm home and doing nothing else tonight!:p Ok, maybe I will go out and get another bagel with blueberry cream cheese:wub: on it and a big glass of milk... other than that nothing!:D

    Good morning, lurkers! :wub:. Another long day of projects to work on. Never ends. Sometimes I look forward to work days after some of my weekends.
    Chels, I also use a CPAP machine. It's helped me get more and better sleep. Now, if I can only sleep the whole night through without having to unplug and going off to the bathroom! Getting older stinks:-x. Hope you all have a great Sunday. I'm going out as soon as it gets light enough, and warms up just a little bit more.

    Morning pwheeler!
    I know just what you mean about weekend chores! I decided to be lazy and do absolutely nothing yesterday except wash the bedding. Then the washer started acting up, no problem, it does it all the time! Darn thing won't empty so I know the drill! Get a bucket, open the water drain on the front, clean out the catch cup, dog hair of course, done it a million times without water all over the place, dog tries to catch the cat, I get distracted, water everywhere, clean up the gallons of water, replace the catch cup, should be back in business, NO GO!
    This morning, I will have my coffee till 7:30, take the washer apart by 9:00 and pray I can find a pump for the washer, put it all back together without finding ten extra screws and have clean clothes for work tomorrow!
    Or!!!!!!! Grab a book and run to the laundromat and enjoy the day!
    Now if only I could give advice an those night time bathroom runs! Getting older does stink!
    But we will have a wonderful Sunday! Dale made sure we are starting with a fortifying breakfast to get us through the day!
    Thank you Dale!
    Let's go tackle this day pwheeler!
