SIL just left. (She is a nurse and brought us a cuff/stethoscope to use) While I'm no expert at manually taking BP, I at least understand how to and as with anything, the more I practice, the easier it will get. Any volunteers?

Nope, they got the car back. They ruined most of the body panels and since it's an 08, they may total it. It's not a flashy car but it's my car for taking my dog to the beach so I am hoping if they can't fix it, I can find another with low milage. I hope you get to enjoy your weekend and slow down!

We bought one from the drugstore, but it was giving higher readings and causing panic.
both times the dr office used the electronic ones and then the manual ones, the BP was lower with the manual. So we thought we'd learn how to do it manually for peace of mind.

Good evening! Wow, I made it through the week. It's been awful. Off to Houston tomorrow to pick up my wife. Hope everything went alright for her down there. The reports from her have been spotty at best.
Just got in the house. Finished working on the pool pump and getting it going, doing the chemical thing, and hope for the best. Then I mowed the front yard. Now, time to think about some chow and hopefully some relaxation before bed. Hope all of you are doing well. I have too many pages to go through, so excuse me for not knowing if anything earth shattering has occurred.
