Cleaning the oven is a yucky job. Ours has the self clean feature too, but it scares me how hot it gets.

It just stopped mid-cycle, and wouldn't unlock.

One year just before thanksgiving dinner my mother put some dinner rolls in and one of the kids locked the oven for her trying to help talk about some well done rolls the thing wouldn't open till it was done cleaning

Us southerners call that sauce

it will add some "KICK" to anything.I also have some called Greek that's good
