So Chili, how about DH's nephew in MI (will be a Sr. this year), just got his ACT scores back. That kid got a 36!!!!
It's just been a few weeks, and the offers are starting to come in for him.
We're soooooooo happy for him, and he's such a great kid.
Anyhoodles, just thought I'd share, with your academic background, I figured you might enjoy hearing that.

Awesome, and multiple offers is wonderful as it gives options! Those tests are getting more difficult all the time and he deserves a huge pat on the back!

...oh, and he wants to be a Navy Seal.
That's his end goal, so he's trying to plan his education around that.

He's a great kid too.
He wants to go to Michigan State, both of his parents, 2 of his grandfathers, and one grandmother are all MS alumni.
Can't imagine he'll have a problem getting in there.

I went back to sleep I needed more sleep

...just before I got on the thread, I reached over to grab my iPad that was at the end of the couch (sitting on the top of the back of the couch). Forgot it was plugged in....the cord is now on the floor in the middle of the couch by the wall....ugh....my arms are too short to even come close to reaching it....going to have to get my EZ grabber out.
...I'm thinking that's another sign of getting old. I find myself using that more and more.

Plus, I flipped through one of those thin catalogs that come in the mail...the kind that has everything under the sun in them...along with the "As Seen on TV" stuff (stuff I've never seen on TV )....found several things in that that looked rather interesting. *sigh*
....yep...'fraid I'm getting older.

Okay...I looked. 1 bedroom suite (end of Sept.) was $400 a night. (sleeps 4, small kitchen)
Wouldn't be bad at all if you went with another couple. Really not bad at $400 a night...expensive, yes...but I've see a lot higher pricing.
The place has a private beach, which is definitely a plus.
Decent reviews on TripAdvisor.

...downside...Ya gotta get there!

Haha, I just saw a commercial for a copper brownie bonanza pan. Tempting, especially now that I'm not buying anything else vaping related. One of our malls has an As Seen On TV store. It's fun to browse.

I think I found the fish.
