What a day...but all in all, not terrible, just really busy...I know I'm going to have a stack of stuff in my chair/on my desk in the morning, since the bosses were still there when I left, trying to get things taken care of.

It's hot here too...don't even want to look at the temps...I just know hell is probably cooler about now.

Could be Dale...that might explain a lot! :p:lol:

Yeah I'm sure there will be a mess, plus my coworker and I have to go to the airport when she gets in and pick up the bosses truck...they don't want to pay for a week of parking and I don't blame them. The airport is only a few miles away and so we'll just go drop it at their house...the whole round trip will only be about 10 miles, so no big deal. One of us would have taken them to the airport, but their flight leaves at 6 in the morning and I told them I'm not getting up that damn early!

I looked up NOLA, the high was 95, so I'm sure y'all were inline with what we've had too.

Don't know about you but I've been just worn out all this week o_O Might be partly due to the heat ... and I've been staying up past 10 but getting up at 4 or earlier. Staying up later doesn't work for me :nah:

If their flight leaves at 6, you usually need to be there 90 minutes early...depends on the airport, some can be dreadful to get through security....so....dropping them by 4:30 to 5 a.m.

Can't even like that one. It's awfully close to that here, too.

Yeah, it's pretty crappy out, the back of our house in shaded now, and there is a breeze.
The breeze earlier today just felt like the furnace running. But at least there WAS a breeze.
    Hi Paul :)

Wow Lori, it's just brutal every where now! :(
    93 here with feels like 105 ....
we keep developing thunderheads without the hope of rain, air is almost unbreathable o_O
We have a chance of some rain. I can't see any clouds from where I'm sitting.

Guess I should take Rita out and get to this kitchen. ;)

No, but 4:30 is, which is when I'd have to get up to get them there...not happening!

And yes, 6 is early...why do you think I complain every day about getting up then? :p:laugh:
Yeah, I don't *do* that early on purpose.
On the days I work, I get up at 5:15. I found (for me) it's actually better. I don't eat and start getting ready for work until 6:15, but having that hour to leisurely drink my coffee and wake up slowly works much better for me than getting up at 6:15 and having to get right to eating and getting ready.

Your plan makes the most sense ;) I wouldn't want to get up that early either.

5:30 - 5:45 here during the week. Yuck. I like to get up and shower, grab my vape, ipad and turn the news on. Hope to get an hour of peace before the chaos of making lunches and breakfast and getting ready begins.
