A little trick I use when I hit reply but it doesn't post: highlight what you have in your post, COPY, click refresh. Most times that forces the post to actually post. Sometimes it doesn't post and that's when the copying post comes in handy.

I lived in Florida for 13 years some time back, and yes, it's definitely nothing new. Just glad I never came in close contact with one of those.

That's what my nephew says. Nothing new.
I guess they can happen almost anywhere.
Last week in downtown St. Louis, a sewer collapsed and swallowed two cars.
There have been sinkholes around Missouri as well.
This is a famous one, there is original footage in the video.
