Yes, I had to google. Never knew the term of that part of the boat motor....I thought the whole area was the prop. Learned something new.

I hope it does too! I grew up in boats. Dad had an aluminum fishing boat, my brother had a nice Lund boat, various other boats, friends and family. Nephew in FL has a flats boat, different (extra) care though for boats exposed to salt water.Oh ... shows what I know about boats

We have a little two man fishing boat at the lake.
