If there was a breeze maybe it wouldn't feel so blechhh. I feel bad complaining when our dear friends were suffering with temps close to or in the 100sSame here. I hate hot.

OBG,I got a question for you.Is there any good way to cook pork chops on a grill without having them dry out?
Gas grill with heavy grates (cast iron)Sure first rub them down real good with yellow mustard then season them (the mustard seals up the meat works with any meat or chicken and you'll never know it was there when done)Then cook them with indirect heat (pile the coals and wood on one side of the grill and put the meat on the other side)
That's how I do it works every time, the mustard trick I learned from a chef friend from Germany he went to one of the best schools in Europe, guess they teach Bar-B-Que there![]()

We got a big zucchini from dad's garden when we went to water yesterday. It's supposed to be cooler this weekend. Hmmmm.

Course the humidity is 99% Hello and welcome @peagurlFirst time here. Joined on a whim because I'm fairly a newbie. Just bought a new vape. It's a SMOKE Q-BOX, I switched to ecigs almost 6 years ago and had been wanting a "true" vape/mod, after smoking logic and logic pros. I found a store in NH last weekend and the clerk was not helpful at all. My SMOK is only 50 watts but he did tell me that the average wattage is 50-80, which was strange because they had so many mods that had double that wattage. But so far so good with this one. I had 2 big bottles of juice that i previously bought in anticipation of the new mod. (Not sure if I'm even using the correct terminology here) I just hope it turns out better than the ones I have tried in the past. I never had any luck, also no guidance. So I'm hoping to become a part of this group and learn from all of you. Happy vaping.
AwwwGood afternoon/morning Fran and OBG. Sure is a hot one (for us anyway) today. 81 feels like 84 and no breeze.

Maybe what we're getting will move your wayGood afternoon, lurkers[emoji4]. This morning felt so wonderful! The temps dropped into the low 70's and really nice. That didn't last long, though. The high clouds moved in along with the heat and humidity. It'll be in the low to mid 90's. Yucky again. We really need some rain. We have a chance for it later this week. Sure hope it materializes. Busy today. Hope all of you have a good one!

Hugs!I am soooo tired...has been a long day, with lots of running around...thinking about just having a salad for dinner...too tired for anything more substantial.
Portable weber we take camping. Doesn't fire for each side.If you can fire one side and cook on the other it might work but I would warm it up good first, some folks put wood chips in a steel pan and put them over the fire in gas grills but I've never tried it![]()
We ACTUALLY looked at those auctions/listings YEARS ago. Aren't they cool.Lori look what I found just for you, they need a little TLC
