It's kind of like wine. Well, not really, doesn't taste like wine. But the process of making it is basically the same, only it's made from honey instead of from fruit.

I've become such a light sleeper. I *never* used to be.
It's really irritating too.
It isn't exactly a common drink. Though it can be bought you won't find it in very many liquor stores, bars, restaurants, etc.How have I never heard of that.

Disturbed sleep seems to be a part of growing older
Sigh ... got to get a bath and do the grocery shopping I didn't do yesterday
Glass,they get washed good then sterilized before you start,I also have a 5 gal one but I'm starting with 1 gal size.They claim the older it gets the better it is 6-9 mo. is a good start after it's made,takes a few weeks for the yeast to do it's thing after starting a batch then it gets re bottled to age

Going to try to work on counted cross stitch today...it's been too long since I've done it, and it's something I really enjoy.
This is my other project. I still have 5 more squares to do. I'm so ready to be finished with it!
