morning lori, your cross stitch work looks good. i know how hard it is to get the stitches just right for that.
    Thanks!! :)

Hey Lori did you know you can buy 125 colors of thread for 12.00$ on ebay ??yup a guy I bought a fuel valve for the mower from was selling it (from China) :)
    Lol's.
...I actually have almost all the (normal) colors, except the colors that I wouldn't use anyway.
I don't really have patterns that call for specialty skeins.

Was watching a YouTube yesterday...yes there are cross stitchers that post videos...
One gal has been finding thread at the thrift stores. She said they're mega, dirt cheap.

Looks great ! good job on the toes too
Thanks! I noticed my toes in the edge, didn't think anyone else would.

Daleron, I usually drink a pot before going to work, one travel mug enroute and another during first hour of work. Another pot minimum dies when I get home. LOL
Me too! The two pots anyway, not much time for coffee drinking where I work.
If we were a pair can you imagine our coffee bill?
Pls call me Dale, everyone does ;)

Bela is here and DH is already asleep

    Good afternoon lovely lurkers.

I'm still trying to figure out how to get a permanent coffee infusion myself...would save time and my blood is probably more caffeine than anything at this point anyway. :p:lol:

Lori, you make me almost...note I said ALMOST, want to go pull out my cross stitch...I know I have a few projects in the basket that I never finished...but that was years ago...maybe when I retire I'll get back to it...used to love doing it but right now I just don't have the patience for it.

Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday...I'm trying to do as little as possible myself. ;)

Oooof, I made it through all those pages ;) took me so long, all the quotes I grabbed disappeared when I got to the end. So much for my mega

Thanks, Dale  Vacation was very nice, glad to be home in my own bed though. I'm used to a king and while the hotel was amazing, all they offer are rooms with 2 doubles or 1 king

    Gotta switch loads brb

...they've made 4 You Tube videos. Mother and daughter, they're too cute!! Cute stuff, although I'm not really into the folk stuff, it's kinda growing on me, but loads of great ideas!!! Neat ways that she finishes projects too!!

None of mine is, and some of it is circa late 80's!!
I started that throw (in the pic earlier) over 25 years ago, it's fine. It was stored neatly, but that's it.

Yea!! Sara is home!! Just heard back from the pm I'd sent her.
