So....made this tonight, yes...from scratch....curdled my flipping milk just before I added the cheese...didn't know it until the cheese was all melted.
Put Panko (Italian) and a thick layer of grated fresh Parm on top and under the broiler, with some bacon pieces.
It would've been awesome had that darn cheese sauce not curdled.
The mozzarella is kind of bland, so it won't be anything I'd make again, but there are definitely more flavorful white cheeses out there, so I'll revisit it again, but a different cheese. Otherwise, it was really easy.

That looks like the exact same view we had in Va. Beach years ago.
