Watching football and waiting on dinner here...Princess is a bit grumpy since she refused to nap today...will be early bedtime for her.

Lori, that's going to be nice when it's done...that pattern looks similar to some I've done in the past.

    Do you frame them? :?:
    Eventually...sometimes.
I love that! I use to love to cross stitch.
Here's a few links. Wow gal, it's a WHOLE new world out there in the land of cross stitch.
First two links are instagram, you can follow people, or search by hash tags.
#plumstreetsamplers • Instagram photos and videos
#halloweenstitching • Instagram photos and videos

These are two gals I've been following, Pricilla, and her daughter Chelsea, and the second set of links is Vonna, The Twisted Stitcher.
They both post "Floss Tube" videos on You Tube, so fun to watch!

    Thanks, I hope so. :)
The pattern is Jeremiah Junction/Designs by Linda Coleman - Winter Wonderland - JL249
She's the one who published Cross Country Stitching Magazine. (You prob already know that though)
Many of her designs all that a similar look, at least they do to me.

Here's the full picture of the pattern.
That pic really muted the colors. They're much brighter in real life.

    Night Dale!

Lori, I found this when my dad passed away 9 years ago. I made it for my parents in 1981. I just can't seem to give it up

@57chilicat I somehow *never* saw any of Linda Coleman's patterns, or Cross Country Stitching magazine.
Until 2 years ago. She was going out of business and I saw a link on FB.
Over the course of a year, I bought 17 years worth of back issues.
I still need 2 to finish what I want. Feb. 1993, and Oct. 2006. I think...those are the years.
So, I'm still on the hunt for them.

Plus I bought 3 or 4 of the Jeremiah Junction Leaflets.
I'll never live long enough to stitch all that I want, but I've gotten so much enjoyment just looking through all of them that it doesn't matter. :)

I quit stitching late 1991, and didn't really get back to it until a couple years ago. I think I maybe made up one or two. Then haven't touched anything for about 6 to 8 months, and last weekend I decided bully on that, I'm going to TAKE time to do it.
