Just ruined our supper, unscrewed the cap on the seasoning instead of flipping the cap back 
Dumped half a bottle in the stew

I've heard to put in a peeled potatoe if too salty, but that's all I can offer.
Oh my on the horses inside, but hey, I just saw 2 Flamingos that normally live at The Butterfly House, I think that's what it's called, that weathered the KW storm in a laundry room.
I have been scouring FB for any info on Chokoloskee Island, or Everglade City.
I found that a neighbor of my nephew's stayed.
He's on stilts, and tough as nails I guess, so going to see if he posts anything else soon. He's one that lives on the boardwalk, so...he's smack dab on top of the water.
His last post was this a.m., and a few trees down w/damage, but so far so good, but...that was 8 hours ago, and would have been before the heavy part of the hurricane, and definitely before the storm surge.
I also found recent pics posted of Everglade City, they had a good amount of flooding, but a lot in that are is on stilts, not everything, but a lot....again, I don't know if they've had the storm surge.
I'm hoping the best for those that are in such low lying areas.
Otherwise, I've just been doing laundry, not a lot going on.

I've only used what Wizard Labs has.
I ordered from Nude Nicotine, the ones that were already prepared for long term, freezer storage.
I haven't had to get into that yet, so I can't offer any sort of input.

Evening lurkers, been trying to wind down from busy weekend here. Sat went shopping w/DW and stuffed myself with shrimp at Red Lobster(they are having their all you can eat shrimp deal,but seem to be keeping it low key). Then this am a buddy from work called letting me know he was going on a rescue call for a truck of ours in a nearby town. Awhile later he calls me asking for help because the air compressor we use was not working and could I meet him at a store in my town to help. long story short I was able to get him going with a couple of items from the auto parts store and some tools I carry in my little pickup. So now it is time for dinner and some chill time here.
Dale, sorry about the ruined dinner...that's why I don't cook, never have to worry about ruining anything that way.

I've been lazy most of the day today...yeah I know, nothing new there...but I'm so good at it.
