So I'm keeping my fingers crossed. The change of seasons is usually a good time for me to get a cold, but such is life...no biggie...a cold is a cold, is a cold.

Yea on the rain!!
DH is on his way to Austin for the F1 race. Supposed to rain there this weekend too.
I was invited, but it's too much walking for me. Last year he walked 30+ miles over the course of two days.
...no thanks.
They just get general admission tickets, they have a spot they like to sit at.
He goes with a friend who is also a customer of his, and they split expenses, so it's a relatively cheap trip for them. I think this will be his third one...but don't quote me. Lol's.

That's right! I forgot about the F1 race this weekend. I was supposed to go to Bastrop, just south of Austin tonight, but got called off, thank goodness. I bet the traffic is horrendous!

They won't go all the way today, at least that wasn't the plan. They'll get there in the morning...last I heard anyway...Lol's, I'm not always up to speed though.
I think today is just practice, tomorrow should be qualifying, race on Sunday. They'll drive all the way back on Monday.

Nope, nope, nope, that wouldn't be good at all.
I have too many new and cute cross stitch patterns to do!! Have gone just a little *crazy* buying patterns...should be all set for the rest of my life if you roll in the back issues of the magazines I bought a couple years ago.
...hoarding for retirement.
When I say *crazy* I mean that LITERALLY...I must be out of my flipping mind. I have 3 rather large projects in the plans...
