We’ve actually been contemplating a companion for kiddo for awhile now. Think it will be good for him when he has to ride the bus home and be here alone for a bit before we get home from work. It happened surprisingly fast once we started looking.

Things have been crazy but good here the last week. We’ve added another “kiddo” to the family.

Meet Lucy! She’s 6 months old and such a sweet girl. We’re not sure if we’ll change name. Working on getting used to a new schedule and new normal, hasn’t left me much free time.

Hopefully she doesn’t get much bigger. Her breeder said about 40lbs and at her vet appt she weighed in at 36.

New glasses are safety glasses for work, old ones are so scratched there is a dime sized spot in the middle of both lens.

Yea on sleeping in!!
I was sure sleeping good when the "alarm" went off...the coffee machine starting wakes me now on work days. I noticed that it would wake me, so I keep it ahead of the alarm clock.
I still set the alarm clock as back up though.
