So sore and stiff this morning...at first I thought sleeping on the heated bed had helped, but as soon as I tried to bend over for something, or even sit down, I realized that was a huge mistake...I'll be moving slow for a little while I suspect.


But Dale, you're awesome every day!

Just now found out my dad is offering me DH and Bela a trip to Branson to see Samson
They even have an interpetor set up

Pulled weeds today. Wowza, they sure thrive in the heat, humidity, and heavy dew!
Sure looks a little better!

Other than that, quiet day, several loads of laundry. Sheets/towels/Rita's bedding.
Need to clean up the kitchen and get my shower.
Definitely ready for the sofa tonight.

Yep, definitely sore...movement has to be carefully considered before attempts are made...like do I really need to move to do that or can it wait. ...At least the girls at the office feel sorry for me and they've been bringing me stuff off the printer and stuff so I don't have to keep getting up...I think they just got tired of hearing "ow, ow, ow" coming out of my office.

Sounds like a busy day for your day off Lori...I bet that sofa is calling your name.

Already in my chair for the evening...no gym until I can move without pain again...and the boys can wait on me here...thank goodness vacation starts Saturday and bf can be at my beck and call then.

Ugh, I'm definitely *feeling* the 5 hours of work I did outside yesterday. My upper back is letting me know that I overdid it. The heating pad feels wonderful though...now if I just had someone to get me another cuppa. DH is still asleep.

I already want this day to be over...every single movement now hurts...and I still have to get all my stuff packed once I get off work today. Ugh!...I did tell the bf last night that he'll have to spend the week waiting on me...his response "how is that different from any other time"

I wondered if you’d be sore today, Lori. you must have forgotten to go for a brisk walk after kidding, don’t honestly know if that works or not. Hopefully you’re not sore for too long.

Dale, whatcha planning for your day off? Hope it’s a good one.

Angel, I’m with the ladies. Hope you’re not in too much pain for the ride and are able to enjoy....copious amounts of alcohol should have you limber just don’t go dancing on the tables. We don’t need you falling off.
