Wish there were an on/off switch for the mind. This happens to me a lot.

Do you wake up feeling good, Angel, when you fall asleep in the chair? My parents just got a sleep number bed, the kind that the head and feet adjust. I’m tempted to go try it out when they go away for a weekend.

DW and I got one awhile back and we were really surprised at the difference it made.

Mom says she doesn’t want to get out of bed in the morning. So it’s really nice huh? My memory is horrible these days, but now I’m remembering *I think* when you got it. Sleep Number had a booth set up at the fair this past summer and mom/dad tried it out. I didn’t dare hop on.

...bet I'd love a sleep number bed. I know a couple who got one, they got the one with the split mattress so they had dual control for head and feet, she said it's absolutely wonderful!
She said that when her DH snores, she can raise his head and he stops.

Sara and Lori, I'm with you on the sleep number bed and the bf wants us to get one of those beds for our next one...we'll have to have one with dual zones though so we can each have it how we need...I do sleep good in my chair, but the bf can top me on that...Saturday night he slept for 8 hours in his computer chair (it is really comfy) and he said it was the best sleep he'd had in a while.

So, had a pretty good day today...when the boss got in this morning she had asked me to come out to the main room so we could do a conference call with her husband...I was like oh great, what do they want me to do now?...turns out they were giving me a nice size raise for all the new duties I've had to take on recently and officially put me in charge of running the new cemetery business and all those employees that we just took over...made for a nice surprise because I had just told the bf last week that I was going to ask for a raise in the next couple of weeks, and they ended up giving me more than I was going to ask for!
...then she ended up taking me and the new girl out to lunch and had a nice meal...made for a nice day, in the midst of all the chaos!

I did! Went to bed about 8:30, made a bathroom run at 10 and slept until the alarm

Have to start the day with a meeting at the cemetery with the new employees to let them know I'm their new supervisor...considering they have had zero supervision for the last 12 years, some of them are probably not going to be too happy...ask me if I care....then have to take some of my comp time to take the dogs to the vet for their annual shots...going to be a busy day.
