KC, sorry you’re still feeling crummy :(

Bwahaha, never too cold for ice cream!
Wasn’t actually ice cream, it was a homemade frappe’ :D Much cheaper and better than that Starbucks stuff :p

Did Lori say when she was coming back?

    Good morning all.
Sorry I haven't checked in for a few days.
It's been kind of a busy trip so far, and just haven't felt like chatting.
MIL is doing okay, but we don't think she should be alone.
She seems about 90% right, but we're afraid something could happen if left alone completely.
She has a driving restriction, and out here at the lake she's pretty much isolated for anything close.
My guess is she'll go to DH's sisters for another week or so and they'll try to get her to an assisted living facility.
Possibly for the winter and see if she's better by spring.
    Otherwise all is well.
Still have a page to read but wanted to pop on in.
    Have a great day all.

Glad you popped in for a bit. Sorry to hear about your MIL. You certainly have a lot on your plate, so don’t you worry bout us. We’ll be here when you can stop in. (((Hugs)))

No MRI, uggg. insurance has to approve it?!? Like shouldn’t that have been done in the past week. That’s the not so good news. Good news is the Dr said his knee is structurally sound, ligaments are strong and he can resume all of his activities. So, we wait to hear back to schedule the MRI.

He did ask if any other joints swell,
rash, fever. Wants to rule out Juvenile RA. I’m leaning towards that’s not the problem because there are no other symptoms, but I have no medical training.

Depending on how much he uses it determines how much it swells.

Yes, i hope that is not what it is. I’m wondering if it isn’t water on the knee.

Definitely a Monday here. Glad to be home except the boys are bickering like toddlers o_O
