Lori, yep, sounds like we are getting what you had. It’s been gloomy/dark, heavy/light rain, misting/drizzle slop since Wednesday night. With that small window of reprieve for kiddo to TOT, Thursday. At this point, since it’s coming anyway, I’m ready for snow.
At least you don’t get soaked going outside.
So glad the basketball net didn’t damage your vehicle, Angel. Phewww.

I took some airborne and the runny nose/sneezing subsided. Fingers crossed it was something else. I just assumed I was getting his cold, he’s been sick since Wed. Lol Got a whole chicken from the market and am going to try homemade chicken noodle soup. First time. I hope it’s good. Even going to make homemade noodles for it. How was your shopping trip?

Ugggg. I hear ya, just not ready this year. I totally blame it on the late start to warm weather. The satellite radio in my truck is already playing Christmas music. I imagine the regular stations will soon. I did put up our new lighted t-day turkeys in the windows today.I’m sure your soup will be a winner

I’m having a lot of firsts these days...I swear....I just watched Friday the 13th this year. I know I’ve seen bits and pieces in the past. Last year it was Halloween. I watched Halloween II this year. As a tween I watched the Elm Street series, closer to my times I guess. I knew who Jason and Michael Myers were but never really got into them. So corny, all of them.
Oh crap, yes, we fall back too. Wish we didn’t have to.
Oh Dale, I bet Bela would love to carve with you. Next year you should grab a couple of small ones and carve with her.

Made two meat loaves yesterday myself, one is in the freezer Mmmmm meatloaf. That is coming up soon in the rotation. Next up chili, with beans.See I told ya!
