Sooooo glad it's the last work day this week!!!

Dale, I have one of those electric roasters too...they are the best! Let's me get everything done on time that way because the oven is free for everything else...I'll be using mine at Christmas this year because I'll be cooking a dinner then (ok everyone, you can get up off the floor now, I DO cook sometimes! )

Hmmmm, another kitchen gadget. Maybe I should look into this. I’m thinking my next oven, may be a double one.

Get out of here......YOU COOK? Thanksgiving is the hardest holiday for me. Good thing, the folks help lol We do Italian on Christmas and Roast Beef on Easter.

4 days off from my job, so 4 days of continuing on with my project! I'm determined to get this done by Christmas. Just have to get around all this rain we've been getting since September. Never seems to end.

We're not doing Thanksgiving dinner today. My sis and her hubby both work today. We're going to get together Sunday and drag dad along. At 84, he just isn't into going anywhere, but we'll convince him.

Hope you all have a wonderful time with your families. Eat a lot, enjoy your time together, and have a relaxing remainder of your 4 day weekend!
