Got home at a decent time and DD and Bela are gone but lo and behold we had company come before I could get out of the bath
Lols, so I’ve been visiting with them, luckily they didn’t stay long

DH has gone to get us a burger so I had a few minutes to drop in and say hi

Sounds like everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
We had our turkey yesterday, it thawed in plenty of time.
Uneventful weekend so far.

KC, I knew there was a reason we don't visit much with our neighbors!

Sadly You are correct Dale. Biggest problem is they also will not listen to reason either.

Have just "washed my hands of it", the brain drain is waaaay too much.

I agree, KC. It’s too bad though. I miss our one set of neighbors from the old neighborhood. Here, we wave from the driveway but that’s about it.

I have some family that just lives from one drama to the next.
I limited contact with them years ago, life is much nicer not having to hear about it all.
Was like a daily soap opera, like KC said.

Not sure what's on the agenda for today, but going to be finishing up some laundry and hopefully stitching some x's.

Same here. 57 earlier, going to a feels like of 13 by 6 a.m. With light snow...or possibly ice.

A whole lot of nuthin going on here today. Did some laundry, light cleaning...tried to nap...epic fail.
Don't want to go back to the real world tomorrow either! Double thumbs down!!!
If the roads are bad in the a.m., I'm going to switch days and go Tues. & Wed...and Friday.

Heading to go soak. Just wanted to pop by.
