Just a very quiet Christmas this year. Taking dad out for lunch today and that's it for any kind of festivities. Beautiful weather out there, so I'm going out to see what I can get done before coming in and getting ready for dad to show up. That back to it afterwards.

Sorry for those having to work today...I am enjoying the day off, and it is much needed.
Princess had a wonderful birthday...she had a unicorn cake and lots of presents and was very happy.
It was nice because the ex's brother and his wife was able to be there, I haven't seen them in 15 years and it was nice to see them...all of his family is coming down to spend time with him now as he apparently doesn't have a lot of time left...was disconcerting to see him so weak...but everyone is making the best of the situation and just trying to make it the best for him.

BF has to put together the doll house for the Princess so I can give it to her when I go home tomorrow night...she's going to love it, but pretty sure I'm going to be hitting that daiquiri pretty hard having to listen to the bf while he fights with putting it together.

Angel, if you like cinnamon, I heard Fireball in eggnog is really good. Haven’t had nog in years. But I’m thinking next year we’ll have to get some and try it.
