I haven't ordered from them but I know they're safe, they advocate for my state :D I would assume that they run your info through the dmv, so you may need to upload your driver's license but not really sure

hahaha too bad searching isn't considered a superpower
    I consider it a super power :D

Lunch, BB&B, Walmart, Lowe’s done; back home and comfy :thumb: We were looking at major appliances to see what’s new and how much stuff costs now, all of ours are getting really old. :( But you never know ;)

Sounds like you’ve gotten a lot accomplished, Dale. Glad you’re home and gettin’ comfy. Hope you don’t have to replace anything anytime soon. Although, it is nice to have new. When our stove goes, I’d like one of those double ovens. I’m saving now, have a few years. ;)

We took the truck to wm for an oil change, picked up a few things while we waited, I did some strength training, walked the house for 20ish minutes, cleaned the bathroom, ran dishwasher and hand washed a few things. Now I’m about to undo all that hard work with an adult bevvie. Gosh, I love my Saturdays off from soccer.

Hope everyone is having a lovely day :)

I hope not either but sure would love a new refrigerator. Ours is about 30 years old and looks it, cheapest thing we could find at the time. It’s been about that long since we bought an appliance .... not sure when we got the Maytag washer but it was long before we moved out here so close to 30 years on that too. Back then Maytag’s were the best.

There’s no slats left in the refrigerator door, had spring rods in there longer than I can remember

You deserve a weekend off from those sports :thumb:

Geez, Dale. Seeing on the news a tornado touched down in your state.
Upper part of the state I think, we’re down south :)

Y’all DH changed all our clocks this morning

Appliances now are just not what they were back then. Nothing lasts like it used to. Which is ridiculous. Think of how much less waste we’d have if we had to replace every 30 years. Currently working on reducing waste in this household, especially plastic ;)

I keep saying when you look at the clock imagine it an hour later.

If I remember correctly the news said south and east of Little Rock. Thank goodness it wasn’t in your area.

They sure aren’t and these new fangle tv’s that only last a few years tick me off! :nah:

Little Rock isn’t that far from us :?: Far enough though ;) Hope no one was hurt

That’s cool. How long is he there for? Sorry for being nosy. You can tell me to mmob.
lol you're alright....na he lives there, he's from there...still waiting on his passport, his company and government are stupid, now that they know he married an american they made a big issue about his passport, because it's a personal passport and doesn't state that he works for the government so he had to apply to get a new one....not sure what it matters, it's not like they are paying for it nor paying for his trip....
we haven't applied for a visa yet because he's trying to get his pension from his job before then, that way we won't have to worry so much about money

    unfortunately :(
:| hopefully though it won't be much longer.... for now the plan is just him come here for 6 months and go back, by then we should be able to apply for the visa
just have to wait so that they can't do anything to him, as a government employee apparently he wasn't supposed to marry a foreigner, thankfully they just gave him a smack on the hands, otherwise they could have arrested him... but after time we can apply for the visa since when we married our intention wasn't for him to leave his country but my kids are here and I can't leave mine so it's easier for him to come here than for us to go there

ug good morning  can't believe i slept 12 hours
my doctor put me on 3 new medicines, yeah I'm still sick....over a month now, I'm so done with it....
finally stopped coughing last night and just passed out while posting on fb
man that was some much needed sleep though
he doesn't think i'm contagious anymore with the flu, so that's good. but he thinks it damaged my lungs and sinus' to wear they can't filter out mucus and things and inflamed my asthma again.... hopefully in a week if this medicine works I should be better....
