Yay!! Glad it was a nice day weather wise, Dale. Woot!!

Got to soccer practice, it was raining. They said they saw lightning and called it off. So we went and got ice cream  I had a pb milkshake....figured the pb made it healthy ;)
Yum, ice cream! Had mine last night while watching NCIS ;) Don’t know what my excuse will be when the season is over

Work is asking for volunteers to work 12 hour days to prepare for peas and asparagus production.

Geeez, that's a normal day for me.

    Let's see, where to begin....................

I was fired from Wally World in January for missing too many days. Seems that family issues that need to be attended to don't matter any more with the company. However, on a brighter note, it got me off my hind end to seriously look for something better. I had been half heartedly looking long before that.

About a month afterward, found something that was perfect. I work 3 nights a week (12 hour shifts, Monday through Wednesday). I get the occasional overtime tossed my way, and I make more than what I was pulling in at Wally World. Needless to say, I'm MUCH happier for it, and so is the family.

What else? Oh yeah. I popped the question and she said yes. No date set as yet, but we're thinking maybe this summer when we fly out to Puerto Rico to visit family. Since her entire family lives on the island, it only makes sense to do it there.

Other than that, not much else to say. Busy as all get out, and now that I have weekends off, we've been making up for lost time spending it either at the parks (Six Flags and/or Sea World), or heading to the lake or down to the coast. Needless to say, the online time is a fraction of what it used to be.

That's pretty much it on the home front here. :D

    Good evening lurkers

Well, Dale....today was crappy Sara day. (that’s just what we say when we have problem customers for most of the day) I would guess 95% of mine had issues with their transactions. It happens from time to time ;) Sure am glad to be home, enjoying an adult bevvie before dinner. Hope you had a nice day off.

Joey, hope you have a great evening and weekend also. :)

Hiya @FranC hope all is well with you. How was your trip?
