Good morning That looks amazing. Do you bake a lot?

Yes, I really love baking bread. I normally do french bread kind of things, this was my first foray into sourdough. I'm going to expand into cakes this week, going to do a Victoria Sandwhich one night after work.

I've done some other desserts, creme brulee is my specialty, but cakes have always eluded me, mostly because I'm low on patience so I'm not a good decorator.

Sourdough bread actually, though cross buns are on my list of things to try.

Made my victoria sandwich last night. Cake pans were bigger than what the recipe called for (it called for 8 inch but I only had 9) so the sponges came out a bit thin but it tastes good.
