Good morning Dale Should be, get to leave at 2 for a Dr’s appt. Just an annual exam but one that’s overdue I’m happy though, since I’m 30lbs lighter. Then soccer practice this evening.

Thanks, Dale and I was in and out in about 20 min. Woot!! I’ve been aiming for 10000 steps a day, strength training 3x a week and eating 1300-1500 calories a day. I also eat what I want within reason.

Ahh what a beautiful day it is. No humidity and about 77 degrees. Wish I could find somewhere to live that had this weather all the time

man i'm worn out, we went to dave and busters for 4 hours and blew threw $50, thankfully today was half price game days so lol really they went through about $100 but I only paid for $56

it's also my 6 year vapaversary
6 years ago decided that I was going to stop dual using and give vaping a real try, I'd ran out of smokes and figured what better gift could I give my kid than to quit smoking

Evening Lurkers

Had the day off from work today.

Changed brake pads and rotors on the wife's car,
trimmed the branches from the trees that the rain and wind have been beating the house with. Hauled the limbs and other yard waste to the dump.
Mowed the yard before it starts raining again tomorrow.
Installed tool box in bed of my pickup.

So much for a Day Off huh?

but thankfully things are now caught up, and hopefully will be able to be on regularly again.


PS: I am not going to even try to read all that I have missed. Yes I am being a bit lazy!
